About The Position

STIIIZY is seeking a Dispensary Sales Associate to join their team in California. This role involves being a knowledgeable brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales within the recreational cannabis market. The Sales Associate will advise customers on products, build relationships, handle transactions, and contribute to a positive store environment. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth within a fast-growing industry and a nationally recognized brand.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• High school diploma
• Ability to stand and remain on feet for the duration of a scheduled shift — at least 4 hours per shift for part-time roles and up to 8 hours per shift for full-time roles
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and twist
• Manual dexterity sufficient to handle and count currency and operate a POS system

• Hiring preference will be given to those candidates with open availability
• Open availability is defined as the ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• All employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday), but management reserves the right to assign days depending on workforce needs

• Drive customer visit goals and increase the number of returning customers; successfully achieve sales goals and business metrics
• Pick & pack orders
• Accurately handle cash transactions by operating the point-of-sale system, maintaining precise register
• Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results daily
• Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures
• Be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures
• Abide by all company policies and programs
• Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, state and DCC laws and regulations
• Other duties may be assigned
