About The Position

Electric Lettuce, voted Best Dispensary 2026, is looking for an experienced Dispensary Manager who is passionate about the cannabis industry and ready to lead a team, drive store performance, and create a great experience for both customers and employees. Electric Lettuce is a Portland-grown dispensary built around good weed, good people, and a welcoming customer experience. We create stores where customers can explore, ask questions, and find the right products without the pressure.

Requirements

Previous retail management experience required
Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees
Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and take ownership of store results
A customer-focused mindset with an understanding of sales and retail operations
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
Ability to stand, walk, sit, and kneel throughout the workday
Ability to push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

Cannabis experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day store operations and take ownership of overall store performance
Hire, train, develop, and coach a strong team while setting clear expectations and holding employees accountable
Drive sales and identify opportunities to improve store performance and the customer experience
Lead by example on the sales floor and coach employees on customer service, product knowledge, sales, and store expectations
Oversee inventory accuracy, cash handling, merchandising, opening and closing procedures, and other operational needs
Ensure the store and team remain compliant with OLCC regulations and company policies and procedures
Maintain appropriate staffing and scheduling based on the needs of the business
Keep the store organized, stocked, and ready for business while addressing issues as they arise
