The Dispensary Manager plays a vital role in supporting Sweetspot Brands' efforts to drive retail growth. Responsible for various tasks, including overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dispensary, and ensuring compliance with the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission's regulations. Requirements

3-5 years of experience managing staff, handling budgets and general operations knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to create and modify SOPs.
Ability to handle interpersonal relationships and solve conflicts between employees.
Ability to demonstrate proficiency in the following areas: Personnel management Inventory Management Development and implementation of quality control measures Problem-solving
Physical ability to walk back and forth across the facility and lift/move up to 50 lbs if necessary.
Must be 21 or older.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, and manage a dispensary team.
Develop, implement and train all staff on Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission's regulations and Sweetspot standards.
Manage and oversee compliant inventory control measures and conduct weekly audits.
Follow all existing inventory and inspection procedures to ensure full compliance in performing essential job functions.
Maintain an intimate knowledge of all aspects of the dispensary and provide staff support when issues arise.
Report weekly profit and loss reports comparing reporting data to actual cash receipts.
Work with the accounting team for daily maintenance of financial accounts.
Maintain daily receipts, expenses, and reporting.
Analyze and report findings on key performance indicators.
Proper processing and filing of Invoices, manifests, and vendor licensing.
Report city and state sales tax according to state regulation.
