About The Position
Lead the sales floor, support daily operations, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 21+ and meet all Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission requirements
Nice To Haves
- Budtender or cannabis dispensary experience preferred
- Experience with Dutchie POS and METRC is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor during high-volume shifts
- Support and coach team members
- Provide cannabis product recommendations and exceptional customer service
- Assist with cash handling and daily store operations
- Support inventory, restocking, and merchandising
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized dispensary
