About The Position

Pacific Fertility is seeking a Dispensary Associate Lead to oversee the daily operations of our state-of-the-art dispensary. This key role bridges clinical excellence with operational leadership, ensuring outstanding patient care and full compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a dispensary role
• Experience with electronic health records and PharmaNet
• Proven leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to integrity, empathy, and process excellence

Nice To Haves

• Certification as a Pharmacy Assistant/Technician (preferred)
• Knowledge of fertility or specialty medications (an asset)

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow, staff schedules, and dispensary coverage
• Communicate effectively with patients, clinical staff, and physicians
• Lead audits, ensure compliance, and produce inventory and usage reports
• Oversee medication/supply orders and maintain vendor relationships
• Train, coach, and support team members on SOPs, PharmaNet, and safety
• Lead internal audits, SOP implementation, and quality control
• Monitor medication shortages and conduct cost-saving research
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on evaluations and staff development
