Requirements
- 1+ year in dispatch, admin, or customer service
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Organized, calm under pressure, and able to shift gears quickly
- Must have the ability to pass a background check.
Nice To Haves
- Home service or HVAC/plumbing experience is a plus, not required.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and deliver friendly, professional service
- Schedule and dispatch plumbing and HVAC technicians
- Keep job details accurate and up to date in our system
- Data entry work including requesting permits, warranties and rebates.
