About The Position
72 Degrees Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking a Dispatcher to join their Office Admin Team. The company has been serving Fredericksburg residents since 1986 and prides itself on top-notch service and outstanding customer service. This role offers a Thursday-Monday schedule with remote work on Saturdays and Sundays (7:30 am - 4:00 pm) and in-office work on weekdays. The hourly rate is $18-22.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of dispatch experience, preferably dispatching technicians
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Service Titan experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Organize & coordinate daily schedules based on call priority & technician ability
- Dispatch & debrief our technicians
- Monitor performance of service techs
- Communicate with customers in a timely & effective manner
- Understand sales goals & hold team accountable
