Requirements

• Previous experience in dispatching or a similar role is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with plumbing or related industry terminology is a plus
• Proficient in using dispatch software and computer systems
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
• Customer-focused with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Schedule Availability: Available to work Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work after hours and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians efficiently
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized dispatching system
• Monitor and prioritize service calls based on urgency and customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, appointments, and technician availability
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries professionally
