About The Position

As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing service calls for technicians. This includes scheduling appointments, assigning technicians based on their location and expertise, and ensuring prompt responses to customer requests. You will communicate directly with customers and service personnel, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise during service visits. Additionally, you will maintain records of service calls, track job progress, and optimize routes to improve efficiency. Your role is crucial in ensuring customers receive timely and effective service, thereby contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
