About The Position

We are a fast‑growing medical logistics provider committed to delivering reliable, efficient, and time‑critical transportation services. Our team coordinates daily vendor operations to ensure timely, accurate, and professional pickup and delivery support for our customers. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Dispatcher to join our operations team. In this role, you will coordinate orders, flight schedules, and dispatch routes. Communicating with customers, vendors, and operations personnel to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web‑based dispatching tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to professional conduct.
• Ability to manage multiple software platforms simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, schedule, and dispatch orders to vendors based on service expectations.
• Monitor vendor activity, track route progress, and update status information in company systems.
• Provide real‑time support to field operations via phone, computer, and app communications.
• Communicate delivery updates, delays, or issues to customers, team members, and leadership.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping of orders, routes, and delivery documentation.
• Resolve route challenges by rerouting or reallocating drivers as needed.
• Complete daily, weekly, or customer-specific reporting.
• Maintain a professional, positive customer service experience in all communications.
