About The Position
Drive the day from behind the scenes and keep trucks moving and deliveries on time. As our Dispatcher, you’ll take customer calls, line up drivers, and make sure every load gets where it needs to go.
Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Solid computer and communication skills
- Remain composed under pressure
- All offers are contingent upon successful post-offer drug testing, background check, and motor vehicle record verification.
Nice To Haves
- Dispatch construction experiences is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Take orders and enter them quickly and accurately
- Match drivers with loads and adjust on the fly
- Watch traffic, weather, and timing to keep things on schedule
- Stay in touch with drivers and customers so everyone knows what’s happening
- Make sure drivers stay on top of DOT rules
