About The Position
Pioneer is looking to add a Dispatcher to our GROWING TEAM! If you like to stay busy, know how to prioritize, and you work well in a high-volume atmosphere, this could be the right fit for you! The successful candidate will have a goal-oriented mindset. This role is key for those who like to help others, and serve both internal and external customers quickly and efficiently!
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Dispatch experience
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to prioritize tasks
Nice To Haves
- Service Titan experience a major plus!
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service Friday, Saturday, and Sunday's.
- Drive revenue and help meet market goal
- Scheduling and routing of technicians
