In charge of and coordinates movement of technicians and services that form a key profit center for the company. Oversees and directs fleet of 15-20 technicians. Independently and efficiently selects technicians for particular assignments while considering location of technicians and differences in technician skills, training, licenses and levels of experience as required for job. Must be able to evaluate any special needs for each route or customer. Responsible for minimizing technician overtime and promoting meal period compliance Balances demands for customer satisfaction against technician efficiency and cost-effectiveness for company. write-ups for poor performance and formal praise for superior performance Oversees technician absenteeism and tardiness Performs duties with an awareness of all McKinley and industry requirements Handles daily communications and reports regarding job status and progress by technicians
