About The Position

RIGHTECH is a leading nationwide provider of technical staffing services, and we are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Dispatcher in Lowell Arkansas. This is a contract-to-hire position with an ASAP start date.

Requirements

Ability to maintain an updated, organized, and fast-paced schedule.
Ability to confidently call technicians and dispatch them on jobs.
Ability to track COI's.
Ability to manage deliverables for completed jobs.
Ability to create BIS's for billing.
Ability to adhere to all required project safety requirements.
Ability to dispatch service tickets to available technicians Nationwide.
Ability to provide necessary documentation for service tickets.
Ability to provide administrative and logistical project support.
Ability to create and maintain project files.
Ability to assist in project scheduling and billing.
Ability to maintain the company's high standard of quality and professionalism with regard to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior, and appearance.

Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager with daily operational tasks.
Provide administrative and logistical project support.
Create and maintains project files.
Assist in project scheduling and billing.
Maintain the company's high standard of quality and professionalism with regard to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior, and appearance.
Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.
