Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Type a minimum of 40wpm.
- Pass a background check.
- Have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Great observation and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work both independently or as part of a team, with a high degree of reliability and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all phone calls from security guards and clients.
- Respond to text messages from security guards and clients.
- Monitor security cameras.
- Respond promptly to all of the above while working as a team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Write detailed incident reports and stay familiar with our reporting systems.
