About The Position
Roto-Rooter is seeking a full-time 2nd shift Dispatcher for their Arizona Call Center located in Tempe, AZ. This on-site position offers job security, excellent pay, and comprehensive benefits. The role involves serving as a liaison between field service technicians and customers, distributing jobs, managing technician workloads across multiple states, and resolving customer concerns.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs
- Self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail and thrives in our fast-paced work environment
- Must be flexible to accommodate schedule of a 24/7 business; including Weekends and evenings.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between our field service technicians and customers.
- Distribute jobs to field service technicians.
- Manage the workload of service technicians in a multi-state region.
- Interact with customers to keep them informed of the arrival status of their assigned service technician.
- Relay necessary job details and other information to the service technician.
- Resolve any customer service concerns.
