About The Position

This person will support the FOH team by handling all the take-out, orders, delivery orders, and all of the to-go orders, including entering them in the POS system and packaging and labeling properly. This is a part-time position. Must be available Thursday through Sunday.

Very basic food handling, preparation, and cleaning skills are welcomed.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute all Caviar, Post-Mates and in-house/phone take-out orders by using the POS system and delivery order iPads.
Handle all guest order issues with management direction and communicating with the delivery customer service.
Keep the to-go area stocked with appropriate bags, containers, labels to serve the guests.
Assist porter with polishing glassware and flatware when asked or needed.
Keeps the to-go station organized and tidy.
Stock and/or restock all to-go containers, bags, stickers and labels as needed.
Conducts thorough breakdown and cleaning of to go area at close of shift.
Notify Chef or General Manager if there is a shortage of supplies.
Assist support duties in other sections as needed, at the direction of management, to ensure that all guests receive excellent service regardless of business volume.
Acknowledges guests with eye contact and smile, answers questions when able or finds the appropriate employee to follow up with guest request.
