Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics
• Experience working with field service teams
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in dispatching software, GPS tracking systems, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Ability to read maps, plans, and job scopes

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of trucks, equipment, and field operations is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians, trucks, and specialized equipment based on project needs, priorities, and availability
• Coordinate daily field operations, including routing & job assignments
• Communicate with project managers to provide job details, updates, and changes in scope or schedule for the technicians in the field
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time to address delays, emergencies, or conflicts
• Track and manage equipment usage, availability, and maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, job status, and crew assignments (e.g., in systems like Salesforce or dispatch software)
• Work closely with project managers, sales teams, and accounting to align field activities with project timelines and billing requirements
• Support after-hours or emergency dispatching as needed
