Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of (1) year of experience required
  • This position requires the capability to understand and follow both oral and written directions.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with others, analyze and resolve problems, maintain effective working relationships, and interact successfully with internal and external customers.
  • Use Service Titan to create and dispatch service calls.
  • Use Service Titan to efficiently dispatch technicians.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
  • Recognizes an emergency and take appropriate action.
  • Able to establish and maintain a cooperative working relation.
  • Performs well with frequent interruptions and/or distractions.
  • Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch service calls to field technicians based on urgency, availability, and location.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm service requests, provide updates, and address inquiries.
  • Monitor technicians' locations and progress to ensure efficient job completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, job status, and service reports.
  • Coordinate emergency service calls and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and customer complaints professionally.
  • Use dispatch software to track service requests, manage job orders, and optimize workflow.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and effective job execution.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required.
