We are looking for a person to quarter back the Hospitality, Maintenance and Safety Teams in our account. To match our position, you'll need to thrive in a team culture and shine at your individual tasks. In this role, you'll make a lasting positive impression on our customers by logging incident reports and handling emergency calls in the dispatch office; proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office, with strong multitasking and quick decision-making abilities. You will accurately assess customer needs and develop an effective rapport in all service interactions. You will respond to emails and submit maintenance work orders in an efficient manner. You will answer phone calls from the public, property owners and local businesses and provide them with answers to their needs or redirect them to the appropriate person/department for assistance.
