Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Work with frequent interruptions
- Pay close attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Dispatch field technicians to job sites
- Maintain subscriber records, cable records, and service requests
- Update maps, plant records, and Central Office records
- Prepare and update work orders
- Market company products and services
- Customer Service Responsibilities specific to the Nephi Office (Take money from customers, equipment returns, running the storefront)
