About The Position
As a Dispatcher at Academy Bus, you will join a cross-functional team, keeping the lines of communication open between its employees and customers. Requirements
- At least 1 year of scheduling or operations experience
- MS Outlook and Excel
Nice To Haves
- CDL with Passenger Endorsement is a plus
- Ability to manage in a fast paced, high change work environment
- Solid internal and external customer service skills
- Organized, analytical and drive for results
- Instinct for process improvement
Responsibilities
- Review schedules and requests
- Monitor service performance
- Coordinate with terminal leadership, customer service, and other teams to ensure safe and effective operations
