Requirements

  • Previous dispatching experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Dependable, conscientious team player
  • High standards for honesty, integrity, professionalism, and attitude
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Home services industry experience and/or ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and document critical information as needed
  • Knowledgeably prioritize calls based on urgency and importance
  • Monitor field technicians to effectively manage schedules and optimize time utilization
  • Schedule customer appointments using right tech/right call guidelines
  • Perform accurate data entry to track calls, jobs, and customer information
