As a Production Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in connecting planning, logistics, and manufacturing, ensuring production orders are released accurately and on time to support our Memphis operations.

Requirements

High School Diploma required
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production planning, logistics, or office support environment
Working knowledge of SAP and standard computer applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills including fractions and decimals
Ability to interpret written, verbal, and schedule based instructions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

Releasing production orders in line with production schedules and assembling complete production order packets
Ensuring timely delivery of production orders to manufacturing cells to support daily operations
Processing subcontract supplier purchase orders and coordinating required documentation
Monitoring the accuracy of production and purchase order paperwork
Conducting GEMBA walks to identify production needs and deliver work orders to manufacturing cells
Preparing planning and production reports as required
Communicating effectively with production planners, buyers, supervisors, plant departments, and management
Identifying opportunities for process improvements to eliminate waste and improve efficiency
