The Office Administrator/Dispatcher is a pivotal role within the Service Delivery department, responsible for the effective coordination and scheduling of service and maintenance activities for Field Service Technicians and customers. This position ensures the timely flow of information and resources, contributes to operational efficiency, and plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. A successful Office Administrator/Dispatcher will drive the following outcomes: 1. Create and maintain preventative maintenance schedule 2. Coordinate work order schedule with Technicians and customers 3. Maintain inventory and parts that the Field Technicians use 4. Follow up with customers regarding maintenance 5. Customer satisfaction monitoring 6. Other duties as assigned
