We are currently hiring a Dispatcher to support our location serving South Windsor Public Schools.

Requirements

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling high phone and radio volume
• Computer proficiency required
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Previous dispatch, transportation, logistics, operations, or driver experience preferred
• Strong customer service mindset

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily bus routes and driver coverage
• Communicate with drivers via radio and phone throughout the day
• Respond quickly to route changes, call-outs, and service issues
• Support and coach drivers and monitors in day-to-day operations
• Serve as a key point of contact for school district transportation needs
• Help resolve parent and customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Assist with charter scheduling, payroll support, and operational reporting as needed
• Work closely with operations leadership to keep service running smoothly and safely
