About The Position
We are looking for an employee to join our team at Midway International Airport as a Dispatcher to work Wednesday through Sunday from 2:00pm to 10:30pm. As an important part of our team, you will be dispatching jobs to technicians as well as providing administrative and office support to multiple supervisors.
Requirements
- Must be proficient with computers and software packages such as MS Office
- Great communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Must be able to communicate clearly, efficiently and effectively

Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls and direct to, or dispatch, the appropriate personnel.
- Write basic letters, memos, and correspondence.
- Create and/or modify management reports.
