About The Position

Air Tech of Houston is looking for a self-motivated individual with experience working for an HVAC or Plumbing company to join our growing and dedicated Customer Support team. The Customer Service Representative is paid hourly plus opportunity for spiffs and commissions. Requirements

  • Call Center or Customer Support (1+ Year Required)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
  • Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Industry Knowledge and Service Titan experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Key role in daily operations and team coordination
  • Maintain customer databases and troubleshoot server issues
  • Manage and resolve priority bookings
  • Handle emergency and non-emergency calls
  • Schedule technicians for installations and service calls
  • Ensure clear communication with team and customers
  • Support logistics to keep trucks on the road and technicians on-site
  • Help ensure customer satisfaction
