This role is responsible for route sequencing and dispatching, communicating route changes with drivers, and checking drivers in and out to ensure a positive start and route completion. The position also involves answering phones and greeting incoming employees, handling customer calls with first-level service, and providing administrative support for special projects and other administrative tasks as needed. The Dispatcher will work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure accurate information and superior customer service, communicating with team members both in person and by phone.
