Dispatcher / Opportunity Manager
About The Position
Join the Just In Time Home Service Heroes. Do you love solving puzzles, thinking on your feet, and keeping everything running smoothly? At Just In Time Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing, our Dispatchers are the command center behind every successful service call. You help guide our Home Service Heroes into action, making sure the right technician gets to the right home at the right time. When customers need help with heating, cooling, or plumbing, you help orchestrate the rescue. If you enjoy problem solving, communication, and fast-paced teamwork, this could be the perfect role for you. As a Dispatcher / Opportunity Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating our field technicians and managing the daily service schedule to ensure our customers receive the prompt, professional service they deserve.
Requirements

- Microsoft Office and professional email communication
- Strong typing and computer navigation skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the trades is not required — we’re happy to train the right person.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or QuickBooks is a plus
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing the daily technician schedule
- Communicating with technicians throughout the day to adjust jobs and priorities
- Coordinating incoming service calls and ensuring efficient dispatching
- Monitoring call flow and technician progress to keep the day running smoothly
- Supporting technicians so they can focus on delivering heroic service to customers
- Working closely with the team to ensure every customer experience is a great one
