About The Position

The Dispatcher I is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of audit activities, as well as maintaining audit-related systems. This role ensures all audit work is efficiently dispatched and completed in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs). The Dispatcher I delivers exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while driving operational efficiency and supporting company objectives. This position requires a detail-oriented, highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization and contribute to process improvements and business growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, dispatch, or operations coordination required
  • Experience with data analysis and workflow management preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all audit activities for assigned clients, ensuring SLA compliance
  • Monitor and oversee dispatched audit work to maintain efficiency and accuracy
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a subject matter expert on audit systems and workflows
  • Train and guide team members on best practices and operational procedures
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues proactively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address service concerns and improve processes
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Take ownership of tasks and ensure completion in a timely manner
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in developing new operational strategies
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
  • Assigned a region and responsible for coordinating and scheduling all audits within designated region(s) to ensure timely completion and SLA compliance
