As a Second Shift Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative, you are the operational nerve center of the shift. You'll coordinate time-sensitive deliveries, manage courier activity in real time, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients who depend on us for critical, same-day logistics. This is not a passive call-handling role. You'll be making judgment calls, solving routing problems on the fly, and owning outcomes — with the trust and autonomy to do it.
