About The Position

Dispatch Coordinator Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Pay rate $12.00/hour POSITION SUMMARY In this position you will be representing a national building maintenance company. Customers contracted with this company submit requests for service, primarily through email but occasionally calls as well. You and our team of Dispatch Coordinators will be the primary contact between our client and their customers for all their service needs.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; both internally and externally, ensuring clarity and courtesy in every interaction

Professionalism in all aspects of work; including how we present ourselves, maintaining a positive attitude, and demonstrating respect towards colleagues and clients

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience in a call center environment
Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting technology

Responsibilities

Process customer and client requests in our clients system
Dispatch service requests to local technicians and vendors
Document and communicate the life cycle of the service request to both customer and vendor via customer systems and email
