About The Position

McDougall Energy is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatch Administrator within our Cochrane operation. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is an integral member of the Operations team and is responsible for providing administrative support to the dispatch function while ensuring the efficient coordination of transportation activities.

Responsibilities

Receive and process customer requests related to fuel deliveries, account inquiries, and other delivery-related services in a professional and timely manner.
Assist the Dispatcher with planning and scheduling deliveries to maximize operational efficiencies and optimize equipment utilization.
Ensure all dispatch documentation, delivery records, and required paperwork are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner to support inventory reconciliation and operational reporting.
Provide administrative support to the Operations team, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating documentation.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating concerns as appropriate to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
