About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring sorters and dismantlers for an electronics recycling facility in Flower Mound, TX. This role involves sorting and dismantling electronics, performing general labor, and handling merchandise with care. The position offers weekly pay, direct deposit options, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance. Weekends are off.

Requirements

• Warehouse Associate experience preferred
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must pass a background check
• Solid work history that demonstrates reliability
• Able to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts and lift 50 or more pounds regularly
• Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and databases
• Excellent attendance with a stable work history
• Able to work as an active member of a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Able to move items around warehouse

Responsibilities

• Sort and dismantle electronics
• Lift to 65-75 lbs of products such as TVs, monitors, and Computers consistently
• Perform general labor duties as required
• Move items around warehouse
• Carefully handle fragile merchandise
• Tag and label merchandise
• Categorize and label merchandise according to size, shape, and type
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
