About The Position

The Dismantle Technician is responsible for preparing incoming non-inventory reclaim components, such as shafts, for inspection. This includes detailing the parts through processes like blasting, cleaning, and polishing to ensure they are ready for inspection and subsequent inventory. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized shop environment, performing other assigned duties, and working with hand and air tools for material handling.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Strong Organizational skills and detail oriented
• Requires basic knowledge of hand tools
• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work walk and stand up to 8 hrs/day

Nice To Haves

• Experience in shop/tool preferably

Responsibilities

• Prep incoming non-inventory reclaim components, shafts, for inspection.
• Detailing of the parts as required, such as blasting, cleaning, polishing and pre inspection to make sure parts are ready for inspection, then inventory.
• Keep shop clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Clean, detail, and inspect, components.
• Work with hand/air tools.
• Material handling.
