About The Position
The utility dishwasher adheres to hotel specifications and standards in operating the dishwashing machine to wash designated restaurant and kitchenware, clean and maintain equipment and dishwashing/kitchen/compactor and storage areas. Assist in washing pots, pans and other kitchen utensils/equipment. Complete other projects as assigned. This industry functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): or Work Equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage is preferred
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for lengthy periods of time
