About The Position
We are looking for a dishwasher who provides support to our culinary team throughout our extensive food and beverage operations. Under the direction of our Executive Chef we will support you and give you the opportunity to work with a great team.
Requirements
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job as the role requires standing, bending, climbing stairs and carrying 35 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the kitchen stays clean and organized.
- Set up dish stations and turn on dish cleaning machines.
- Load and unload dishes from the dish machines, wash all pans and utensils that come into contact with food, and scraping identifiers off everything.
- Put away dry dishes into cabinets and on shelves.
- Comply with all Archive standards, policies and procedures at all times.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
