About The Position

Eurest is hiring a full-time Dishwasher at Empower in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The role maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Previous steward experience is required. The pay range is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, then wash them by hand or load them into a dishwashing machine, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using assigned equipment and procedures, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Comply with established safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels according to provided standards.
• Keep the dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
