About The Position
Tailwind Hospitality is seeking a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to help keep its kitchen running smoothly. This back-of-house team member maintains cleanliness, assists with basic food preparation, and helps ensure a safe, organized work environment. Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus but is not required. Applicants must pass a background check to receive an airport badge and have reliable transportation. Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Must be able to pass a background check to receive an airport badge.
- Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Portion sauces and perform light food preparation as needed.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain a clean workspace.
- Take out trash and maintain cleanliness of trash areas.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as assigned.
