About The Position

Embassy Suites by Hilton is looking for a reliable and hardworking Temporary Weekend Dishwasher to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekend hours in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Requirements

Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling.
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous dishwashing, restaurant, or hotel experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Operate the commercial dishwashing machine safely and efficiently.
Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and sanitary throughout the shift.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen and food preparation areas.
Empty trash and recycling as needed.
Sweep and mop floors and assist with general kitchen cleaning.
Properly store clean dishes, equipment, and supplies.
Assist cooks and other kitchen team members as needed.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
