About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Dishwasher to join our team at Pinnacle Groves in Rogers, AR. This part-time role is crucial for maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen environment, ensuring smooth operations and a great appearance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and be willing to assist coworkers with various tasks, including operating the dish machine, food preparation, bussing tables, and running food. We are looking for individuals who are at least sixteen years old, can communicate effectively in English, possess a positive and energetic attitude, and are comfortable with the physical demands of the role.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and looks great by maintaining cleanliness and order.
Operate the dish machine.
Assist with food preparation.
Bus tables and run food.
Be at the service of coworkers.
