About The Position
Our Chook on Orchard location is hiring a part time dishwasher - Friday - Sunday Evenings. The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all pots, pans dishes and glassware for Chook. Chook has made a commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion.
Requirements
- Must be able to work mornings, days, weekends, and evenings with a flexible schedule that may change often.
- Potential staff will need to communicate school, other work, and all other special schedule requests prior to the beginning of employment.

Responsibilities
- Maintains a clean work station and restaurant while on shift.
- Performs pre-shift side work duties, running side work throughout shift, and closing or end of shift side work with attention and care.
- Polishes glassware for beverage service.
- Appropriately asks questions when necessary.
- Appropriately asks for help when necessary.
- Follows all safety procedures at Chook.
- Arrives on time for all shifts in a clean uniform with good personal hygiene.
Benefits
- minimum of $20/hour – which is a combination of base hourly pay ($15.51/hr) and tip pool percentage
