About The Position
Adams Place is seeking a Dishwasher to support food production and service by washing dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils, as well as assisting with meal service and maintaining a clean, sanitary kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Interest in food service and working with seniors
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and follow instructions
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to read labels, instructions, and tray tickets
- Sanitation course certification required (or ability to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Scrape, wash, sanitize, and store dishes, flatware, utensils, pots/pans
- Clean and sanitize dish machines and dish room
- Bus tables and maintain cleanliness in dining areas
- Assist with receiving and storing food/supplies
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
