About The Position

We are looking for a Dishwasher/Porter to support our high-volume restaurant. This role involves assisting with various tasks including washing dishes, changing garbage, cleaning floors, and some light prep work, as directed by management. We seek an individual who can receive feedback and grow with our expanding company.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions of the Chef.
• Willingness to assist coworkers.
• Ability to perform basic cleaning jobs efficiently.
• Experience washing pots and pans.
• Knowledge of cleaning food preparation areas and equipment to DOH standards.
• Experience changing garbage and cleaning floors.
• Ability to assist with prep work.
• Skills in organizing storerooms and walk-ins.
• Ability to keep work surfaces, walls, and floors clean and sanitized.

Responsibilities
