This is a part-time position for a Dishwasher at Lincoln Embassy Suites. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and workspaces, washing dishes, managing trash and recycling, and supporting kitchen and event teams. No prior experience is required as training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain one within 90 days is required. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces
