About The Position

Mack’s Bingo Kitchen is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Dishwasher to maintain kitchen cleanliness and support the flow of service. This role is crucial to the daily operation of the kitchen and offers a mentorship dimension, working alongside Junior Crew members. No prior experience is necessary, only a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. The position reports to the Executive Chef.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish station and kitchen.
• Support the flow of service by efficiently washing dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Ensure all items are properly cleaned and free of spots, char, or residue.
• Contribute to a kitchen culture grounded in high standards, teamwork, and genuine care.
• Work alongside and mentor Junior Crew members, contributing to a learning environment.
• Pitch in with other kitchen tasks as needed to support the team.
