About The Position
The importance of this position is in the maintaining of clean, sanitary equipment in the hotel's kitchen and to assure customer satisfaction. We do require flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time, being able to lift and store items up to 75 pounds and working in a team environment are just a few of the tasks of the job.

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in operating a dish machine, trash compactor, disposals and other kitchen equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform washing of utensils, pots, pans, tableware, glassware, etc in accordance with approved safety and sanitation practices.
- Maintain clean, sanitary equipment in the hotel's kitchen.
- Assure customer satisfaction.
