About The Position

Pine Canyon Club in Flagstaff, AZ, is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a summer seasonal Dishwasher! As a Dishwasher at Pine Canyon, your primary role is to ensure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchenware, maintaining the club’s high sanitation standards. You will play a vital role in supporting kitchen operations by efficiently cleaning and stocking dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment while keeping the kitchen environment safe and organized.

Requirements

• Coconino Food Handlers Card
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or kitchen environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing dry storage, walk-in coolers, outside storage areas, back dock, and dumpster areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of garbage in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
• Perform daily cleaning of dry storage areas, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
• Restocking banquet equipment such as chaffing dishes, heat lamps, baskets, etc.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas at the end of service.
• Exhibit regular and reliable attendance while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support kitchen efficiency and team success.
