Requirements

Commensurate or transfer skill set is primary importance
Good attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required
Must be able to lift a 20lb. tray of dishes.
Must be able to lift and dump our commercial-sized mop bucket.
Must be able to operate a commercial vacuum.

Responsibilities

Sweep and mop walk-in, dry storage, back dock area making sure area is neat and clean.
Empty trash and take all trash to dumpster, reporting back if dumpster is full; clean dumpster area when needed.
Clean strainer under the dish machine.
Wipe down all dish areas, then use stainless steel polish on all metal surfaces, including glass rack area, sinks, and all machine areas.
Make sure glasses and cups are in the correct racks.
Make sure to use the proper procedure to do silverware.
